If you registered as a tenant you will have all functions available. However, to participate in the homeswap system you will need to provide sufficient contact and property details and property preferences in your Account pages to determine matched swaps. Owner occupiers will not have a landlord so will not be able to access specific landlord functions such as reporting a repair or homeswaps.
